Fixed:
- General optimizations (should fix degraded performance experienced in previous version)
- Now auto-updates properly when latest version is sideloaded
- "B" button closes options menu
Added:
- Menu image to obscure playfield and also show more info while paused

The sideloader gives the error "Could not find a top-level .pdx file" when trying to upload the ZIP file. I was able to sideload the unzipped PDX.
